"Home Rule" principle based
Dual Referendum initiative, or "LET
US VOTE" Ballot Referendum, is
officially certifed and placed on the
ballot for the November 2008 General
Election by vote of the Board of County
Commissioners.
The board of
commissioners has ratified the ordinance
for voting on the "Let Us Vote"
(dual referendum) proposed county charter
amendment on the November 2008 ballot for
consideration by the general electorate
